Elaine Frazier - Trust Officer
Ms. Frazier joined First Republic Trust Company in 2000 as Manager
of the Las Vegas Office. Prior to her work with First Republic
Trust Company, Elaine worked for Pioneer Citizens Bank of Nevada,
Las Vegas where, from 1982 until 1989, she worked as Assistant Vice
President & Southern Regional Trust Officer. Outside of the
trust field she worked in various positions, including that of
Director of Human Resources and Program Manager in the non-profit
sector. Ms. Frazier began her Trust career in 1968 when she joined
Bank of Nevada in Las Vegas where she held various support and
administrative positions. Ms. Frazier is a graduate of the Pacific
Coast Banking School at the University of Washington in
Seattle.
