Michael J. Harrington - President
Mr. Harrington joined the First Republic team as Deputy Trust
Manager in 2002 and became President in 2006. He came to First
Republic from Bank of America where he was a Regional Fiduciary
Executive for Bank of America’s Private Bank. He first joined
Bank of America in 1997 as Senior Vice President and was their
Northern California Regional Trust Manager. From 1986 until 1997,
Mr. Harrington practiced as a senior trust lawyer for Wells Fargo
Bank in San Francisco, and was involved with all aspects of the
largest trust business in California. He began his fiduciary career
as an attorney in 1976, first as Deputy County Counsel for the Los
Angeles Public Administrator and then as an estate planning and
trust lawyer for law firms in Southern California. He was also
active in the development of California’s Trust Law, first as
a member of the Executive Committee for the Estate Planning Section
of the Los Angeles Bar Association and later as a representative of
the California Bankers Association. Mr. Harrington graduated from
UCLA in 1972 with a BA degree in Economics and in 1975 received a
Juris Doctor from the UCLA School of Law.

Raul I. Galano - Senior Vice President
In November of 1999, Mr. Galano was invited to become a founding
officer of First Republic Trust Company. From 1988 to 1999, Mr.
Galano worked with University National Bank and Trust where he
assisted in the establishment of its Trust Division. Shortly after
the acquisition of University Bank by Comerica, he joined Cupertino
National Bank where he helped restructure the Trust Department,
which was subsequently renamed Greater Bay Trust Company. In 1985,
Mr. Galano joined The Pacific Bank as Trust Operations Manager and
assisted in the establishment of its Trust Division. He began his
Trust Operations career at Crocker National Bank in 1981. Mr.
Galano received a BS degree in 1981 from De La Salle University in
Manila and gained advanced education at both San Jose State and
Golden Gate Universities.

Peter A. Harrison - Senior Trust Officer and Investment
Coordinator
Mr. Harrison joined First Republic Trust Company in February of
2004. He began his financial career in 1984 with Merrill Lynch at
its Palo Alto retail branch office. Mr. Harrison entered the trust
field in 1994 with University Bank and Trust Company. Subsequently,
he became an Investment Manager at Comerica Bank in Palo Alto where
he was responsible for investment policies, asset allocation,
investment selection, fiduciary activities and communications with
high net-worth individuals. Mr. Harrison received his Bachelor of
Arts in Economics from University of San Francisco and an MBA from
Santa Clara University.

Jacqueline E. De Anda - Senior Trust Officer
Ms. De Anda joined First Republic Trust Company as a Senior Trust
Officer in July 2007. She began her Financial Career in 1987 with
Wells Fargo Private Client Services and most recently was a Senior
Trust Officer with Bank of America’s Private Bank. Ms. De
Anda has worked specifically with personal trust accounts for the
last ten years. She is a graduate of San Francisco State University
and has earned the right to use the Certified Trust and Financial
Advisor designation. She holds a Certificate in Personal Financial
Planning from The Metropolitan State College of Denver and is a
member of The Institute of Certified Bankers.

Lawrence Wong - Trust Officer
Lawrence Wong joined First Republic Trust Company in 2001. He began his financial career at Bank of America in the Premier Banking Group where he built and enhanced a portfolio of affluent banking clients. Following Bank of America, Mr. Wong worked for software integration maker, Voxa, Inc. as a Marketing Analyst where he cultivated client relations and trained clients on software products. He received his Bachelor of Sciences degree in Business Administration from San Francisco State University in 1996 and is a graduate of Cannon Financial Institute - Trust Administration.

Richard Wong - Senior Trust Operations Officer
Richard Wong joined First Republic Trust Company in early 2000. He
began his career at Greater Bay Trust Company in 1998 where he was
involved in many areas of trust operations. Mr.Wong graduated from
San Francisco State University in 1990 and in 1994 received his MBA
from California State University Hayward. He is also a Certified
Securities Operations Professional.

Sungwon Kang - Trust Operations Officer
Ms. Kang joined First Republic Trust Company in June of 2003. She began her financial career in 1991 with Wells Fargo in the Savings and Investment Group and then transitioned in to the trust division at Wells Fargo's Private Client Services in 1998 where she assisted a senior trust officer. In 2000, she joined Bank of Marin as Trust Operations Manager. Ms. Kang received her Bachelor of Arts in 2001 and will receive her MBA in 2008 from Golden Gate University.
