Elaine Frazier, Vice President, Senior Trust Officer

Elaine Frazier is a Vice President and Senior Trust Officer at First Republic Trust Company.

Frazier joined First Republic Trust Company in July, 2000 as manager of the Las Vegas Office, just 6 months after the inception of the Trust Company, with her primary responsibility the administration of several trusts domiciled in Nevada for specific purposes. Prior to First Republic, Frazier embarked on a brief sabbatical, while pursing interest in other fields, including work as Director of Human Resources for a local Las Vegas hospital and as a program manager in the non-profit sector. Preceding her sabbatical, Frazier served as Assistant Vice President and Southern Region Trust Officer until 1989 at Pioneer Citizens Bank of Nevada (now part of Zions Bancorp). Frazier began her trust career in 1968 when she joined Bank of Nevada (now Wells Fargo) in Las Vegas where she held various support and administrative positions until 1982.

In addition to her position as a trust officer with First Republic Trust Company, Frazier continues to serve as a Director, Assistant Vice President and Assistant Secretary of the Board of Directors of First Republic Preferred Capital Corporation II to which she was appointed in 2001. She is a graduate of the Pacific Coast Banking School at the University of Washington in Seattle and is a member of the Southern Nevada Estate Planning Council and the Junior League of Las Vegas.
