Average Treasury (CMT)
The 1 Year CMT Index is the twelve
month "average" of monthly yields on United States Treasury
Securities adjusted to a constant maturity of one year as made
available by the Federal Reserve in Federal Reserve Statistical
Release H.15.
5 Year
Average Treasury (CMT)
The 5 Year CMT Index is the sixty
month "average" of monthly yields on United States Treasury
Securities adjusted to a constant maturity of five years as made
available by the Federal Reserve in Federal Reserve Statistical
Release H.15.
10 Year
Average Treasury (CMT)
The 10 Year CMT Index is the one
hundred twenty month "average" of monthly yields on United States
Treasury Securities adjusted to a constant maturity of ten years as
made available by the Federal Reserve in Federal Reserve
Statistical Release H.15.

Month Libor
The 1 Month LIBOR Index is the average of the
London Interbank Offered Rate ("LIBOR") for one-month United States
dollar-denominated deposits as published daily in the Wall Street
Journal.

Month Libor
The 6 Month LIBOR Index is the average of the
London Interbank Offered Rate ("LIBOR") for six-month United States
dollar-denominated deposits as published daily in the Wall Street
Journal.
11th District
Cost of Funds (COFI)
The Eleventh District Cost of Funds Index is computed and published
by the Federal Home Loan Bank of San Francisco. The monthly COFI
reflects the actual interest expenses recognized during a given
month by all savings institution members of the Federal Home Loan
Bank of San Francisco.
Prime Rate
The Prime Index is based on
the Bank of America's Reference Rate (Prime Rate) as made available
by calling or writing any branch of Bank of America.
