Which accounts are eligible for the $20 online statement award?

All checking and savings accounts are eligible for the $20 online statement award. Certificates of Deposit, Passbook, and Money Market Mutual Fund accounts are not.

Do I get $20 for each account or is this a total for each client?

Each account that is converted to, or enrolled in online statements is eligible for a $20 award.

Is there a deadline for the $20 online statement award offer?

Yes, all accounts must be converted to, or enrolled in online statements by June 30, 2012.

When will I receive the $20 in my account?

The $20 award to all customers (new & existing) who sign up for Online Statements will be posted to the eligible account within 1-2 business days and will appear in the statement by the statement cycle date following enrollment.
