Steven Solomon Appointed Managing Director

Portfolio Manager Joins First Republic Investment Management In Orange County

SAN FRANCISCO – First Republic Bank, a leading provider of private banking, private business banking and wealth management services, today announced that Steven Solomon, an investment professional with more than 12 years of experience, has been appointed Managing Director of First Republic Investment Management.

Solomon will work with high net worth individuals, families, businesses and foundations and serve their investment management needs at the Bank’s office at 3991 MacArthur Boulevard, Suite 300 in Newport Beach.

Prior to joining First Republic, Solomon worked for Bank of the West’s Wealth Management Division as Vice President, Senior Portfolio Manager. Before that, he worked for Wells Fargo Bank’s Private Asset Management Division as a Portfolio Manager. He has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Stanford University and holds the CFA® designation. Prior to joining the investment community, he played professional baseball for the Philadelphia Phillies organization.
