Shelley Gill Appointed Foreign Exchange Risk Advisor

First Republic Continues To Expand Foreign Exchange Services

SAN FRANCISCO – First Republic Bank, a leading provider of wealth management, private banking and private business banking services, today announced that Shelley Gill has been appointed Foreign Exchange Risk Advisor.

Gill joins First Republic’s growing team of foreign exchange professionals and will work with individuals and companies, including investment management companies specializing in venture capital and private equity, professional service firms, independent schools and other non-profit organizations. Gill will be located at the Bank’s headquarters at 111 Pine Street in San Francisco and will work with clients in Northern California.

Prior to joining First Republic, Gill worked for SVB Financial Group in Santa Clara, where she was a foreign exchange trader. Prior to that, she worked for Smith Barney and First Western Mortgage. Gill received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and International Development from University of Oregon and an MBA from the Leavey School of Business at Santa Clara University.
